UVJETI KORIŠTENJA

1. GetAdriatic.com (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is a website owned by Paradiso j.d.o.o. , Vela Luka 20270, street 48/12, Croatia. All information stated in these General Terms and Conditions is binding on the agency and the traveler.
2. The agency guarantees that the data on accommodation units are true and that they correspond to the actual situation in the facility. The obligation of the agency is to provide its passenger with the chosen accommodation except in case of force majeure
(natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, wars and similar phenomena). 3. Inquiries and reservations Inquiries and reservations of accommodation are received electronically. The traveler is obliged to provide all the information required by the booking procedure. An advance payment is required to book the service. The rest of the amount the passenger will pay on the spot upon arrival. All bank charges and other costs incurred shall be borne by the client.
4. The prices published on the Agency's website are displayed next to each accommodation unit. The listed prices include: daily rent of accommodation units, utilities in the usual ratio of consumption (electricity, water, gas) and weekly change of bed linen and towels. The prices listed in our offers and programs are based on contracts with renters. If more people come to the booked accommodation unit than indicated on the travel documents (voucher), the service provider has the right to deny service to unannounced passengers or accept all passengers with additional payment of unannounced passengers on the spot.
5. The offered accommodation units are described according to the official categorization of the competent institution and on the basis of data obtained from the owner. On the day of arrival at the accommodation unit, guests arrive after 14:00 and on the day of departure, they leave the accommodation unit by 10:00. The handing over of the keys to the rented accommodation units is in the building by the service provider.
6. The Agency's duty is to take care of the implementation of all services that belong to the passenger on the basis of the reservation process. The Agency will perform all these obligations in full, except in extraordinary circumstances.
7. The guest is obliged to:
• have valid travel documents.
• comply with the customs and foreign exchange regulations of the country in which the accommodation is located
• adhere to house rules in accommodation facilities
By confirming the reservation, the passenger is informed that, if he causes any damage, he will pay all the damage to the service provider on the spot.
8. If the guest wants to cancel the booked accommodation, he must do so by e-mail.
• if canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 20% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• if canceled 29-15 days before arrival, 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• if canceled 14 to 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
• for cancellation from 7 to 0 days before arrival is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.
9. The agency is not responsible for theft in the accommodation facility. Lost luggage or theft is reported to the accommodation provider and the competent police station.
10. The agency has the right to change the reservation in case of extraordinary circumstances. Reserved accommodation can be replaced by accommodation of the same or higher category. In case of impossibility to replace the paid accommodation, the agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation with prior notice to the traveler at least 7 days before the start of use of the service, and guarantees a refund of the full amount paid. In case of cancellation, the passenger is not entitled to claim damages from the agency.
11. The guest has the right to complain about the non-performed contracted service. Complaints about the service are resolved by direct contact with the landlord with the possible mediation of the agency as a consultant. The agency is not responsible for on-site complaints.
12. Protection of personal data. The privacy statement primarily serves to protect the privacy of our users. In case you decide to use one of our services, it is necessary to leave the requested personal data in order to make a reservation and lease the requested service, but your personal data remains maximally protected and will be used exclusively for the requested service.
13. By confirming the reservation and paying the advance, the traveler confirms his consent to the above conditions.
14. The Traveler and the Agency will resolve possible disputes in the application of this Agreement amicably, otherwise the Croatian Judiciary is competent for disputes.
